Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 5, 2026

Choosing a surgeon is a decision everyone deserves to be able to research. Your New Bloom is committed to making this site usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, and other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. In practice, that means we design and build for semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard operability, sufficient color contrast, text alternatives for meaningful images, visible focus states, and forms with proper labels — and we hold new features to that standard before they ship.

Where we are honestly

Accessibility is ongoing work, not a checkbox. We audit the site continuously, and we expect audits to keep finding things to fix — particularly on newer, more interactive features and on image-heavy pages such as photo galleries. When we find a barrier, we prioritize fixing it. If you hit one before we do, we want to hear about it.

Report a barrier

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, email support@yournewbloom.com with the subject line “Accessibility.” It helps if you can tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use — but a rough description is enough. We take these reports seriously and will respond.

If a form doesn't work for you

You should never lose access to care research because of a barrier on our site. Every practice profile lists the practice’s own phone number — if a consultation request form is not working for you, you can call the practice directly to request a consultation. You can also email us at the address above and we will help you get your request to the practice another way.
