Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of Your New Bloom (the “Site”), a directory for researching plastic and cosmetic surgery practices and requesting consultations. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of a practice, you agree on the practice’s behalf as well.
1. What the Site is — and is not
Your New Bloom is an informational directory. We publish practice and surgeon profiles, credential-verification information, moderated patient reviews and questions, and educational content. The Site is not medical advice, and listing a practice is not a referral, endorsement, or guarantee of the quality, safety, or outcome of any care. Choosing a surgeon is your decision, made with your own medical advisors. Please also read our Medical Disclaimer.
2. Verification — what it means
Where a profile shows a verified credential badge, it means our team checked the stated board certification against the issuing board’s own public records and confirmed it at the time shown by the verification date. The badge always names the specific board. Verification is a point-in-time check of a credential; it is not a judgment about surgical skill, an inspection of a facility, or a guarantee of results. Credentials can change after we check them — you should always confirm a surgeon’s certification directly with the issuing board, as described on our verification page.
3. Your content: reviews and questions
You may submit reviews and questions. When you do, you agree that:
- Your submission is truthful, based on your own genuine experience, and complies with our Review Guidelines.
- You will not include another person’s private or health information (for example, details identifying another patient). You may describe your own experience, but do so knowing that published reviews are public.
- You grant Your New Bloom a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate your submission in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You retain ownership of what you write.
- All submissions are moderated before publication, and we may decline or remove content that violates these terms or our guidelines. Moderation decisions are never influenced by payment.
4. Practice listings
If you claim or manage a listing for a practice, you agree that:
- You are authorized to act for the practice, and everything you submit — credentials, staff, locations, procedures, photos — is accurate and kept current.
- Credentials you attest to will be checked against the issuing board’s public records before a verified badge appears, and we may re-check them and remove a badge if a credential cannot be confirmed.
- Any before/after photos you submit are used with the patient’s consent, which you are responsible for obtaining and documenting.
- We may edit listings for formatting and consistency, moderate or remove content that violates these terms, and suspend or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or abusive.
- Practices may respond publicly to reviews but may not pay to remove, suppress, or alter them.
5. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Submit false reviews, reviews of competitors, or reviews you were paid or otherwise compensated to write;
- Misrepresent credentials, affiliations, or your identity, or claim a listing you are not authorized to manage;
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download Site content or personal information, or use the Site to build a competing dataset;
- Interfere with the Site’s operation, probe or circumvent its security, or submit malicious code;
- Use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, or to harass any person;
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep directory information accurate and verification current, but we do not warrant that any content is complete, error-free, or up to date, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your New Bloom and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site — including any decision you make about medical care, any interaction with a listed practice, or any care you receive. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
If you are a practice using the Site, you agree to indemnify Your New Bloom against claims arising from content you submit, from inaccurate credential information you provide, or from your use of patient photos without adequate consent.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [State — operator to confirm], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located there.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will make the update prominent on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect means the updated terms apply.
