Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
Your New Bloom is a directory that helps patients research board-certified plastic and cosmetic surgeons and request consultations with the practices they choose. Researching a procedure is personal, and we treat the information you share with us accordingly. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
The short version: we collect only what the site needs to work, we share your consultation request only with the practice you chose (and the systems that deliver it there), we do not sell your personal information, and we do not put third-party advertising trackers on our forms.
Information we collect
We collect information in a small number of specific situations:
- Consultation requests. When you ask a practice for a consultation, we collect your name, contact details (phone and email), the procedure you are interested in, and any message you include. Because your request names a procedure, it can reveal information about your health interests. We treat this as sensitive information — see “How consultation requests are shared” below.
- Contact and claim forms. When a practice claims a listing or someone contacts us, we collect the name and contact details submitted in the form.
- Reviews and questions. If you submit a review or a question through our Ask‑a‑Surgeon feature, we collect the content you write and the name and contact details you provide. All submissions are held for moderation before anything is published.
- First-party analytics. We count page views and similar events using our own analytics beacon. These counts are stored only as anonymous daily aggregates — no cookies are set, no personal identifiers are recorded, and individual visitors are not profiled or tracked across sites.
- Campaign attribution. If you arrive from a link that carries campaign parameters (for example, a search ad), your browser stores a small first-touch attribution record in its own localStorage — not in a cookie and not on our servers — so that if you later submit a form, we know which channel brought you here. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
We do not require an account to browse the directory, and we do not collect payment information from patients — the site is free for patients.
How consultation requests are shared
A consultation request exists to be delivered. When you submit one, it is shared with:
- The practice you chose. Your request, including the procedure of interest, is delivered to that practice so they can respond to you.
- The systems that deliver it. Depending on the practice, delivery may happen through our customer-relationship-management (CRM) integrations — for example, the practice’s CRM system or a lead-delivery webhook the practice has configured. These systems receive your request solely to route it to the practice and record that delivery happened.
This sharing happens per the consent you give when you submit the form, and only for the practice you selected. We do not auction, broadcast, or resell consultation requests to other practices.
Consent to be contacted (TCPA)
Before you submit a consultation request, you are asked to agree to be contacted by the practice and by Your New Bloom by phone, email, or text message (including automated messages) about your request. The exact consent language is shown on the form at the time you submit it, and we store a record of your consent, including the wording you agreed to and when. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by emailing us at the address below.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We do not place third-party advertising pixels on our forms. The pages where you tell us about a procedure you are considering carry no Meta Pixel, Google Ads tag, or similar third-party tracker.
- We do not use tracking cookies for analytics. Our visit counts are anonymous daily aggregates collected first-party.
How we use information
- Delivering consultation requests to the practice you chose
- Moderating and publishing reviews and questions
- Processing listing claims and verifying practice credentials
- Responding to inquiries and support requests
- Understanding, in aggregate, which pages and channels are used, so we can improve the directory
- Meeting legal obligations and enforcing our terms
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Consultation requests and their delivery records are retained so we and the practice can document that the request was made, consented to, and delivered; consent records are retained as required by law. Moderated content (reviews, questions) is retained while it remains published, along with the moderation record. You may request deletion at any time — see “Your rights” below — and we will delete data unless we are legally required to keep it (for example, consent records).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to ask what we have collected and how it is shared. We honor these requests regardless of your state of residence wherever we reasonably can. To make a request, email support@yournewbloom.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” We will verify that the request comes from you (or your authorized agent) before acting on it, and respond within the time required by applicable law. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of selling — but you can still ask us to delete what we hold.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all traffic and access controls that limit who inside our team can view lead data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we design for the sensitivity of what you share with us.
Children
Your New Bloom is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how consultation requests are shared, we will make that change prominent on this page before it takes effect. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect means the updated policy applies.
